We contacted Debra when we lived in Florida and planning to move to north Myrtle Beach area. She was very responsive to or search needs. Debra spent as much time as we requested during our search. We visited for a long weekend and before we returned to Florida we had a contract to build. Once we moved here and while renting, we found a property we loved and Debra was very helpful in negotiating an out of the contract to build and represented us in purchasing our existing home.
