Deborah did a super job helping us with our purchase she was committed. She was caring. She followed up with everything She said she would do. She was well aware of the housing market and the builders and as well as structural issues both positive and negatives of the homes we looked at Deborah also Knows three important zones of the South Carolina Low country they are — the hurricane zone , flood zone and wind zone. Deborah would call anytime to ask questions and follow up to see homes the next day. I recommend Deborah to anyone who’s moving down to South Carolina especially Myrtle Beach , Conway, and Horry County . Deborah is a very caring real estate professional. Wow! Deborah came to us a referral and I am incredibly grateful. After meeting her and seeing how thorough she was in research on our property and as we got started she had so much exposure for our listing and the calls were rolling in for showings.
