Deborah Hudson made the whole experience of buying a home from out of state very easy. She was remarkable as to her unstoppable energy showing us different home layouts, communities and builders. We originally had no idea where we wanted to live in this Myrtle Beach area. She helped narrow down our decision based on her knowledge of everything that's involved in the home process. When we were still in MA she sent us many videos of homes and the yards so we could "see up close" how it all looked. Most of those videos she filmed in 100' temps as it was July at the time. We could not have asked for anything more, she did it all and then some! She made sure we had all the info for signing up for utilities, the schedule for registering our cars, the taxes, all of it. She even stayed in our car with our dog while we went into the lawyers office to sign papers as we didn't know anyone here to leave him with, again in 100 degree heat, of course with the ac running! She made sure we finalized any repairs that needed doing by our 11 month deadline with the builder. And she continues to keep in touch in case of any questions we have. We have dealt with other realtors in the past and no one has ever given us the kind of professional and timely service that Deborah has!
