This was our first time selling a house, and Deborah helped to make the process as painless as possible. Since we were still living in the house with a young child, she held frequent open-houses to minimize the effort of getting the house ready to be shown throughout the week. We had a short timeline to get the house sold, and Deborah helped us to stay within that timeline. She made good use of technology to streamline our interactions and keep us apprised of important dates and deadlines. Overall, a very good experience!
We visited Albuquerque for one week in March, hoping to find a home to move into in July. Deborah worked incredibly hard, showing us homes every day, all day. We returned to NY with a contract in hand. Deborah has handled absolutely every aspect of the process involved in successfully closing on our purchase. She personally notified us of each step to take, set up a calendar of events that needed to happen before move-in, did the final walk through for us, and more. Christy and I had a very good relationship with her through all the steps finding the house through closing. She was always available for our questions and follow ups from all of the sources (the bank, seller, appraiser, inspectors and escrow company). nWe would recommend her highly to everyone.
