Deb and her company go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and need and always make sure you are fully aware of everything else in between. I can really say I feel like I am home.
Fairly responsive to communications and questions. Seemed to have knowledge of the current real estate climate. Very focused on “playing nice” with everyone and I would’ve like more of a fighter in my corner. Not as helpful in some areas as I think she could’ve been. Could’ve been more responsive to our urgency given the current market. Very nice and kind person.
Our first time selling... Deborah had it under control with information, communication and resources. All I had to do is ask a question and Deborah was able to find the answer or solution, as well as offer suggestions. I felt very comfortable in my ability to discuss things with Deborah while she handled the communication with the buyer. Everything was handled quickly and if there was a delay in response, Deborah followed up to let me know the status and informed. In working with Deborah, I realized two things immediately. She is very dedicated to you and your situation. For us, it was selling our home. Secondly, I found Deborah to be very professional and hands on/or off. When we sell our next house, Deborah will be our realtor without a doubt. Highly recommend.

Deborah Duran did an awesome job on selling my condo. She had a lot of input about what we should do with my condo. She helped me pick out color paint and some flooring sense I didn't live in NM anymore, I didn't know what was in style or not. I loved all of her help. Deborah is very attentive to your inquiries and interests in what your are looking for. Upfront when she has concerns to let you be aware of possible problems with places you may want to look at, but is still willing and ready to set up an appointment for you to still look at what interests you. She stays on top of what needs to be done and when, when you put in a bid. I could not have asked for a better person to help me with finding a GOOD HOME for me and my family. Deborah saved our trip to Albuquerque to look for a home. My wife and I live in Wisconsin and had a trip planned to look at rentals because I found work down there. Unfortunately, our realtor that we had scheduled became sick the day before the visit and was unable to help us. I got desperate since we don't know anything about Albuquerque and just started calling realtors I found on google. Deborah was the first to answer her phone and agreed to help us with rentals. She was amazing. She started asking all of the questions she would need to find us a house with our specific needs and in our budget. That very evening she was emailing constantly to update me on new houses she found and even put together a schedule for us that very night. She was kind enough to meet us at the airport and drove us around all day (which was amazing since I had woken up at 2 AM ABQ time) and even had a map prepared to show us all of the houses and their locations relative to my future work. She was very knowledgeable about the city, the rental process, and about specific concerns or benefits she noticed at every house we visited. My wife and I cannot recommend her high enough. I will be recommending her to anyone who needs a realtor and hope to use her in the future when we purchase a house.
