I really needed a realtor who understood my needs and would take me by the hand through the home buying process. Deborah and her son Justin went above and beyond to help me find my happy home here in Florida. Their service did not end after finding the right home - as I was out of state - they represented me at all home (roof, pool, septic, screen enclosure) inspections, guided me through home insurance, title company, repairs made per contract, etc. Deborah made this process seem effortless - she is very easy to communicate with, prompt to reply with a quick text, phone call, or email to any of my concerns, resolves any thing that may come along in this stressing time.
