Great person to work with, very diligent

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed working with Deborah in selling my home! She is incredibly kind and was so helpful with all the questions that I asked during the home-selling process. She took great care in explaining the process as well as reviewing all of the seller’s documents in detail to ensure I was comfortable and understood everything before signing. Deborah prioritizes every single client, and her prompt communication for any new update and wonderful support made me feel like a VIP. She has a wealth of knowledge that makes her an expert on pricing homes and provides THE BEST recommendations for service providers to help with those last minute touches prior to closing. I couldn’t imagine a better experience for selling my home and I would highly recommend her to any of my friends or family. Deborah never stopped working for us! We looked high and low. At times in this current market we felt like giving in. Deborah promised we would find our home and it would check all the boxes. We are so pleased and thankful for the assistance that she was able to provide our family.

She was patient as we looked at a ton of houses. Maybe the 3rd we looked at kept coming back in my head. There were some closing date challenges I had and she was able to make it all work. She answered every question in a very timely manner and then explained to us everything all the time cause we had no idea about buying a home. She made me feel very safe making decisions. All of her references for loans and insurance were amazing. She referred Brandon Oots for our loan and he went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. If I every wanted to buy or sell she’d be the first person I’d call. Even after 3 weeks living in the house she makes it a point to make sure everything is perfect.
