Ok, this lady is amazing. She just helped us with the purchase of our first home. It was quite the journey. First off, she must of showed us 50 houses. We looked at every possible floor plan at every end of our price range. I think Deb knows every realtor, contractor, and builder in the Kansas City metro area. Need a painter? Deb knows 2 or 3. Need trim work? Deb has multiple people she can send. Need an original Van Gogh? I didn’t ask but I bet she knows where at least 2 are or knows who to ask about it. Walk into a house and deb remembers selling one just like it and the problems they had, or the really cool features the previous people loved. In a crazy housing market, we put in 7 plus offers before we finally bought a house. Deb worked above and beyond at finding details, calling around about openings, making sure we can get access etc. On her anniversary weekend l, she made sure we had another realtor to assist us with showings and contracts, even though that would have been a financial loss for deb. By the end of the process Deb was able to pick through showings to find the ones she knew we would love. She went far beyond the expected. She worked all through the closing process to assist in anything needing done. She is not afraid to ask questions and no question is considered dumb to her. She is phenomenal and I highly recommend you work with her.

It has been over 20 years since we last sold and bought a home. It was not an easy thing back then but is much more complex today. And the current housing market is just plain nuts.
