Before we had time to reject the first offer, they came back in with a full-asking-price offer with no concessions other than an inspection...even paid for by the offerer. That's fast action. After we accepted the offer, we still received requests to be put on a waiting list in case the first offer didn't work out. Every phone call and every text to Deb was answered promptly and action was taken...sometimes before I asked. She was there throughout the process of the buyer application and funding. She accompanied us to sign documents and was there at the time of closing making sure we were updated at every turn.
