I searched for my house for over a year through another agent, she didn't "get me" or what I wanted or needed, continually pulling houses to look at above my budget I was willing to spend... then came Deborah after I fired my other agent... less than a MONTH later I closed on my new house! Deborah was very helpful she showed me several properties on FaceTime pointing out the pros and con which where not seen on the photos on line. After helping us put in a offer on the property we purchased she set up an inspection and spoke to the sellers about the two items needing correction. She also helped lower the price after the appraisal. We are very happy with Deborah as our realtor.

Deborah started working with us and from the get go she was very diligent in every aspect of the to dos, never procrastinating and with the best attitude. Our contracts fell through a couple of times due to VA appraisals and she stood by us all the way fighting for us and grinding with us to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for.
