When I first started working with Deborah she made me a little nervous because she was so full of energy. She is very knowledgeable. She communicates well. And she knows her business very well. At closing she went over all of the papers with a fine tooth comb and found money for us that shouldn’t have been charged because it was money that we had already paid and I don’t think I would’ve caught that. I’m so glad I got to work with her. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a good real estate agent.

Deborah was our realtor as we were relocating to Florida from Pennsylvania and looking to purchase our home. She was outstanding and we were very happy with her performance. I would highly, highly recommend Deborah to anyone looking to purchase a house in the Tampa area. 10 out of 10. We were still living in Pennsylvania so our house hunting had to be done remotely online. Obviously it's a hot housing market across the USA and the Tampa area is no exception. Newly listed homes receive multiple offers above asking price in the first 48 hours. You have to move fast to have a chance at getting your offer accepted. Bottom Line: I know we could not have got an accepted offer on a house so quickly without Deborah's guidance, experience, and knowledge of the area. She was immediately responsive to our calls and texts from out of state. She did an excellent job communicating with listing realtors on our behalf. On the occasions that we found a newly listed house online that we were interested in, by the next morning Deborah was giving us a live walktrhu tour of the house using Facetime. That allowed us to see all the details of the house that we couldn't see thru the pictures posted online. She was instrumental in helping us craft a winning offer on the house wanted. Once we had an accepted offer on our house, Deborah was still very involved in the process, recommending concessions from the seller, working with our mortgage broker on items needed for the final loan approval and home assessment comparables etc. She was there for the final walkthru, again on facetime as we were unable to be there. Again excellent in every way. And after we closed on the houses she was an invaluable resource to us with advice on the area, utilities, etc. Again, if you are looking to buy a house in the Tampa area, especially from out of state, you can't do better than Deborah for your Realtor.
