We called the Hills the middle of the week, they looked at it and took pics that same week on Friday and it went live on Saturday. There were many walk thrus by EOD Sunday and we had multiple offers by Monday - and we officially accepted one shortly thereafter. Much of the success was due to her and Artie’s work to take great photos, getting the details pulled together, their willingness to talk to the many interested buyers & meet with them when needed. They even drove back out and took more detailed pictures for some who couldn’t walk thru that weekend. In fact, it was sold to a couple who hadn’t seen it in person. We even closed by the end of the same month. My only caution when using this team - don’t list it with them unless you are ready to sell ...and sell fast! Because once they got the call, they were on it and got it sold and the process may have seemed like a whirlwind but every detail of the closing was made clear to us upfront and it almost seemed too easy.
