She pointed out the features and potential issues rather than try to gloss over them. Through her vast experience, she asked the listing agent questions that even I never thought to ask, and was always truly looking out for my best interest. She is also a great negotiator. The house I purchased had four other offers at the same time and even though it wasn’t the highest, she structured the offer in a way that made it the most attractive. Debby recently helped me sell my downtown condo. She helped me navigate a tricky situation with my HOA and the buyer's lender and got my condo closed.
