This was our second time working with Debby, only this I was there and my husband had already moved on to our new location. Debby was very helpful at holding my hand, when my anxiety started to ramp up. We listed our house March 12 and by the end of month we were in lock down due to COVID. Debby worked with me so we were able to show the house even during this time. She was always available to answer questions that my husband or I had. Both my husband and I would highly recommend whether a first time buyer or a seasoned buyer, she will take care of you. We feel she is family.

Debby was an incredible find, sort of on accident also. We were driving through a friends neighborhood that we absolutely loved - we spotted Debby's realtor sign in a front yard and made note to contact her to see if she would watch the market for us in this particular area. She was all about it, but luckily - had a few recommendations based on what we were looking for. Thank God she did! We had no idea Legacy Lakes was a neighborhood so close to where we wanted to be located or that it even existed! She was so thorough and so attentive through the whole home buying/building process - we could not have asked for a more experienced realtor or found comparable knowledge and insight. Truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking a realtor!

Debby went above and beyond every step of the way. I was living in another state while trying to purchase a home in Pinehurst. Besides showing me houses, she educated me on the area and the housing market. Once my offer was accepted on an almost final newly built house, I went back to Boston. Debby was so wonderful, stopping by the house, taking pictures as things progressed, answering my constant calls and texts. The day of my closing before my moving truck got to the house, Debby went shopping for items I needed. I cannot say enough about Debby and my positive experience. After over a month of me moving in, I still text her questions about the area, etc. and she always answers. I'm honored to be able to give this review. I
