We met Debbie by chance and after speaking with her and expressing what we wanted she actually found a listing that hadn't been posted yet that fit exactly what we told her. It showed that she really listened to what we said because she never sent a listing that didn't meet our criteria. She also was fast to respond and setting up viewings if we expressed interest. She also shared her honest opinion which was very helpful and welcomed. She was knowledgeable without being judgmental and made the process fun.

To start, all I can say is "Wow." I built our retirement home in northern MI and have been involved in home improvement projects for our additional homes, rentals and homes for friends and family. I thought I new a lot about selling a home but I was wrong. Debbie directed me on where to make improvements on this home and scale back on spending that wouldn't provide a good return. She was right! I ended up getting 10K over list, and a bidding war from buyer's to the final sale. All I can say, I'd recommend Debbie to any of my family members and friends!!

Debbie made the sale of each home go so smoothly we continued to use her for each home. Debbie ended up selling 7 houses for us. This was not an easy task as most of them were rental homes that were in really bad shape. She is very professional and knows the business. She is available at anytime and very compassionate and understanding to every situation. She has given us suggestions as to where to spend our money to fix up things on the houses. She Also advised us where to hold off on spending. She helped us when we needed to find a reliable company to get stains out of the carpet instead of replacing. That saved us a ton of money. One of the homes needed a painter which she also had recommendations for. Overall a fantastic Agent to work with. After seven houses I can now refer to her as a wonderful friend who is a realtor.

Debbie sold our house in less than 48 hours for significantly more than we ever imagined we could get for it. She was nothing short of fantastic. It had been ~20 years since we bought or sold a home so EVERYTHING had changed and we had no idea where to begin. Debbie sat down with us, walked us through the entire process, worked precisely within our timeline, put up with our dumb questions, put ZERO pressure on us, gave well-informed recommendations on listing price and things to prioritize fixing up, always answered her phone, took very professional pictures of our house for the listing, and was very knowledgeable about our area.
