I picked Debbie because she was highly rated on Realtor.com. My husband and I were looking for an agent who was down to earth and knew the area well. I left a message and when she called me back I knew we were a fit. Debbie is a great mix of friendly and helpful, and also knowledgable, realistic, and practical. Debbie went above and beyond to help my husband and me buy our house. The day we saw our house Debbie was on her way to a wedding. We had 3 hours to make an offer and Debbie dropped everything to make sure our offer made it. She kept in touch with us throughout the process and once our bid was successful, she helped ensure that everything went smoothly throughout the closing. If you want an expert choose Debbie. I wouldn't work with anyone else!

It was a wonderful experience working with Debbie. She handled the sale of our family condo with expertise and patience as we had multiple owners. This required extra work and co-ordination for Debbie, but through it all she was so friendly and easy to reach. I would highly recommend Debbie to take care of the sale of your home.

Debbie helped us (buyers) with follow through while she represented the seller. Since we are out of state buyers she took videos of the property for us and helped with being there at time of inspection and ensuring that transactions and HOA approvals (a major hassle) got done in time for closing. I would like to thank Debbie Schmidt for both her professionalism and her wonderful attitude nothing was too much trouble for Debbie. The whole process was quite challenging for both my elderly father and myself living in Spain and speaking little spanish which threw a lot of obstacles into the mix as well as the time difference!! Debbie was always at the end of the phone day or night trying to help me with the spanish bureaucracy which is so frustrating and nothing was ever too much trouble and most of all she never once made me feel overwhelmed by the process she definitely has the patience of a saint!!!
