I’ve known Debbie for about 7 years. I worked with her when I was a realtor and she was a mentor to me. When it came time for this single mom to buy a home, Debbie was the natural choice. This is a huge compliment because I know a lot of realtors. Debbie came through for me just as I knew she would. My budget wasn’t huge so shopping took some patience and faith. We looked at a number of homes in a few different areas over a six month time period. It was a seller’s market so homes didn’t last very long. One home stayed on the market and we kept coming back to it. It was almost perfect but it only had one bathroom. It was in a wonderful location and had everything else I wanted. With Debbie’s guidance, we submitted my offer and the transaction went very smoothly. Debbie handled any twists and turns but there weren’t many. Ultimately, she made it possible for me to buy the “perfect” home for my two boys and we are very happy here. I highly recommend Debbie and am so grateful for her.
