Debbie Johnson was absolutely phenomenal! Debbie is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the market; she was always available to answer all my questions and recommend the resources I needed for getting the property ready for sale. I contacted Debbie from her advertising flyer I found in the drawer of my aunt's condo after my aunt had passed and I was trying to settle her estate. Debbie agreed to meet me at the condo and walk through with me and give me some ideas of how to put the condo on the market. She arrived with a friendly face and a printed market analysis she prepared for the area around the condo.She explained the importance of setting a price correctly. She walked through the condo with me giving suggestions on how to prepare it before putting it on the market.This first meeting was so helpful ( at a stressful time) I had well organized information and a plan to move forward with.
