For more than 23 years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate real estate throughout Middlesex County and surrounding Connecticut communities. But for me, real estate has never been simply about the transaction. It’s about understanding why someone is moving, what matters most to them, and helping them make the right decision for their next chapter.
Before real estate, I built my career in marketing, including brand management for nationally and internationally recognized brands such as Smirnoff and Rothschild wines. That experience still shapes how I sell homes today. Every property has a story, and I believe great real estate marketing is never one-size-fits-all. From strategic pricing and positioning to creative marketing that reaches the right buyers, I look for what makes each home stand out.
I’m especially passionate about working with sellers and families navigating life transitions. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), I frequently help older adults and their children sort through the many questions surrounding a longtime family home. Sometimes selling is the right answer. Sometimes it isn’t. My job is to provide the information, resources and local expertise families need to make an informed decision without pressure.
When selling is the next step, I help clients determine what improvements are worth making, what may provide the best return, and when selling as-is makes more sense. I also have a network of trusted local professionals and can help coordinate resources when needed.
My connection to the area goes well beyond real estate. I live here, volunteer here and am actively involved in the community, including serving as a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and volunteering as Marketing Coordinator for the Durham Fair. I intentionally focus my business on Middlesex County and neighboring communities because I believe local knowledge matters.
