Born and raised in Ringgold, Georgia and now living in Hartwell, Georgia, Debbie earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville, Certification in Gerontology and partial completion of her Masters of Business Administration from Brenau University and has worked in Banking Management and as a Business Manager for Truett-McConnell College. Since pivoting to a real estate career, Debbie has achieved numerous real estate certifications and designations including Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, e-PRO®, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with GUILD™ recognition for individual sales at or above one million dollars, and today, helps those who are looking to buy or sell a Lake Living or Residential Lifestyle. Considering her combination of industry experience, leadership skills, competencies, work ethic, and education, Debbie is a winning choice for anyone seeking the services of a real estate sales professional. When not selling real estate, Debbie is actively involved in the community through participation in Meals on Wheels, Hartwell Mainstreet, Imagination Library, and her church, Hartwell First Methodist. In addition, Debbie and her husband Scott (23 years) can be found working in the yard, re-arranging furniture, or catching up with their 2 grown children and their families including Graham and his wife Tyler and their two boys West and Pierson, and Austin and his wife Kelsey and their son Bowen. In their free time, Debbie and Scott enjoy watching college football, playing board games, or playing with Jackson their Golden Doodle and Molly their Heinz 57.
