I cannot recommend Debbie highly enough. I had a sinkhole under my house a few years ago, and that created all kinds of problems in trying to sell my house. A lot of difficult to obtain documentation was needed, both for the buyer and the insurance the buyer obtained. It was a difficult, drawn out ordeal. Debbie knew how to handle it all, which I could not have done myself. She went way and above the call of duty and worked diligently to get everything resolved. She connected us with ERA mortgage who was more than happy to provide VA financing which The Villages sales rep advised was not doable here even on an existing home. A roof issue came up during the inspection and Debbie was an expert at handling the negotiation of having the roof further inspected and arranging a complete replacment through Ownes Corning.
