She went the extra mile to sell it by having an open house while we were having a garage sale and by having an open house while there was a three day estate sale going on around the corner. I went on a cruise while things were "in the air" and she told me not to worry about it. She sent contracts for me to sign while we were cruising to Barbados. SOLD IN 6 DAYS! Originally, listed the home with Properties of The Villages. At my recommendation listed below their suggested ask price. Their agent "trolly" feedback was that price and property was good. Several showings and open houses. No written offers. So at my suggestion, again, reduced the ask price. Again several showings and open house. Still no written offers. Then feedback was that needed some lite maintenance on lanai and some staging. So I did the lite maintenance and some staging. Again, more showings and open house. Still no written offers. Then feedback became dislike for the floor plan. Well, can't change that. Bottom line. Was listed with Properties of The Villages for 6 months. No, none, zero written offers! Listed with Debbie Gentry - SOLD IN 6 DAYS!
