I called Debbie based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law, and I'm glad I did. I called her on a Saturday night, introduced myself and asked if she could show me and my wife a few places we'd seen for sale on Zillow. She started arranging things that night. By Monday afternoon she'd shown us all the places we'd asked about and more and we made an offer on one of them. Debbie provided us with key information about pricing and investment opportunities in the community we were most interested in (Coquina Key) and she was not afraid to go in with an aggressive offer. I've worked with some real estate agents who were shy about aggressive offers, but it wasn't a problem with Debbie. Our initial offer was rejected, but they countered the way we hoped and we took the counter. St petersburg is a hot market and Debbie knows it very well. She helped us get the house we wanted at the price we wanted. No issues and very good at what she does. If you need a good realtor, she's the one.

Even though there were problems with the deed on this property, Debbie and her team stayed with it and the purchase went through smoothly. This was a foreclosed property and it was listed as lease/hold when in fact it was fee simple. Took a bit of work and time but the situation was resolved and I am now a happy home owner.
