We called upon Debbie for the sale of our property as we utilized her firm when we purchased our condo many years ago. That experience was excellent and we felt this sale would be the same. Debbie did not disappoint, same excellent service this time. After we called she arrived with comparable properties in our area for our consideration. We knew the market had started to fall and expected a slow sale. Debbie had her photographer come and made our condo look superior to the competition , with emphasis on all the extras we had in place. Debbie kept in touch with us many times by text, email, phone and in person several times over the course of the listing. She employed numerous sale tactics which helped very much given the downward turn in sales. We received low offers and Debbie was quick to advise on her opinion when asked for. She never once made a suggestion which was in not in our favour. When a satisfactory offer was received Debbie once again stepped up to the plate for us. The offer was made on a non beneficial document and she quickly made sure the offer was changed to one which protected our interest. We are from out of the country and when a tradesman needed in to do warranty work for us. We contacted Debbie and without hesitation she volunteered to open up for the worker. All the legal and financial areas were handled professionally and quickly. Even after the sale was finalized I needed a favour being so far away. I contacted Debbie’s office staff and the item was handled in five minutes. This blew me away as I did not expect it so quickly. They dropped everything on the go and here you are Daryl done. Both Kim and I are happy with the sale price, the service, the extra help that Debbie and here staff provided us from start to finish and more. The only odd experience was that she did not acknowledge the sale on or after closing day. In all of my many real estate transactions prior our agent always contacted us after closing. Strange.
