It seemed apparent from the start that Debbie would likely give us excellent service, and indeed she did. Her deep knowledge of the market and of buyer (and seller!) psychology were invaluable in helping us sell our home, and it was clear that her objective was for us to get the best possible price, which we believe we did. That contrasts with the impression we got from several other agents we interviewed, who seemed more interested in scoring a quick sale and moving on. Debbie did a lot of research on competing properties and made every effort to make potential buyers aware of ours, employing extensive online marketing as well as an apparently very good working relationship with other agents in the area. And her knowledge of how to stage a house for sale spared us the trouble and expense of hiring an outside staging service. As the saying goes, people don't care how much you know until they know how much you care, but in Debbie's case we did not have to choose. We think it unlikely that we could have found a better agent.
