She also help me thru some very emotional times with her comfort and concern for my feelings. She even helped with the donation of my sister's piano! She always volunteered to take care of anything that I could have done but she wanted to provide a level of service that was definitely "above and beyond" what most realtors would have done. She was also knowledgeable of the State program to close underground heating oil tanks which we were not aware of. That saved us a lot of money and potential liability.
