Moving from Texas to North Shore Boston was a task calculated to strain every nerve in my head. Add the crazy housing market, and you have a crazy-making soup. Enter Debbie! With her soothing, no, judgment attitude and her endless army of resource persons: attorney, mortgage broker, contractor, etc., she made it seem less daunting than it was. Debbie knows her job and likes doing it well. Don't let the soft exterior fool ya; she has the real estate game down pat. She knows what is what, from interacting with the seller's agent to helping navigate the town bureaucracy! We managed to "win" the house in a two-stage competitive bidding process with eight other buyers, mainly due to her expert insight. We bought the house sitting in Texas. Yep, we never saw it for ourselves! Only 'cos we knew we could trust Debbie. She had our back and would never let us land in a bad situation. Nope, I can't say that about other agents I have known.

We first met Debbie when she represented our neighbors selling their condo. After seeing her calm, kind and non-pushy style with prospective buyers, I knew we would work with her!
