Debbi Bryson

This is our third sale with Debbi. She has always been professional and considerate in looking out for our best interests. She is careful to protect us both legally and financially and has been able to take on a challenging sale both with this property and one that we purchased in the past. We feel that we got the optimal selling price and buyers who will appreciate the property and care for it and their tenants, as we had hoped. There was a lot of work to do but she was able to assist a great deal and help us sort through what really needed doing and not major on minors. She stayed on top of things throughout a short escrow and brought our close in ahead of schedule!
