I first met Deb during an open house, and they right away approached us to ask what we are looking for. Every week Deb sent us a very curated list of homes in our preferred area (within our budget) keeping in mind we are a young family and first time homebuyer. She spent an entire day showing us single family homes (10 or more) in Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and Oak Park. When we did find the property we liked, she went above and beyond to get it for us, despite competition from 6 other potential buyers. Throughout the home buying process, she was dedicated to provide us the best people for every service, reducing our escrow costs. She made the home buying process stress-free, and if I have to mention one quality which was exceptional - Deb is super prompt, fast and gets things done. Deb started to work with my property a few years ago as a rental property. She was great at selecting a high quality tenant that never gave me any issue. Unfortunately, my house burned down during the 2018 CA fires and it had to be fully rebuilt. I live overseas and managing the rebuild was a complex task. Given that my property was close to Deb's home, she proactively started to help me during the rebuild inspecting the work and flagging key areas for me to follow up and focus my attention. This support was critical to make sure that the builders were delivering a top quality new home. With the rebuild getting finalised, I decided to sell the home and Deb took care of it. She knows very well the Westlake Village market and helped me define the right price point and how the home should be presented to potential buyers. She found a buyer immediately after it was put on sale. The closing was also a complex process given some pending issues with the HOA and Deb worked tirelessly with everyone involved to remove all the barriers and get to a successful closing. I highly recommend Deb for her professionalism and optimism and would definitely work with her again.
