Deb's market knowledge was thorough and her diligence and willingness to invest in extra pictures and ads was recognized and appreciated. Market conditions for our home were less than ideal and it took 9-10 months before we sold and for much less than we had hoped. Such a duration is a test to both realtors' and sellers' patience but she didn't give up. The only criticism would be that communication flow between us was sometimes less than smooth and complete.

Thank you for the review. This was one of the most challenging sales of my career with the change in the market and the uniqueness of this renovated farmhouse balanced with meeting your wants and needs. I was happy to do the extra work necessary to get “Nature’s Haven” sold. I am known for being a straight shooter and that honesty and clarity can be uncomfortable but necessary at times but there was never a lack of communication, documentation, and timely responses. I enjoyed the opportunity and the challenge. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
