She was amazing through a very difficult purchase. She managed to keep things on track and was a necessary calming influence on me. She was available and attentive and took the time to answer my questions no matter how trivial. My purchase was a short sale involving a difficult owner, an attorney, the bank, the other realtor, and me, the nervous buyer.
