Deanne Gutierrez was an absolute pleasure to work with! She immediately understood ours wants/needs and was very professional. Great ideas on staging and marketing - I am confused be the entire process, she was a great coach

Deanne was the best Realtor ever. She knew exactly what we wanted and only showed us those options, unless she saw something that maybe we didn't see. She was always available, we never had a hard time getting ahold of her. She did everything we wanted and would recommend her to everyone we know! Deanne would talk us through every detail when we would go and see a house with her. She would give us straight forward and honest answers. We could count on her to tell us the facts. She was on our side and you could tell! She was always very respectful and pleasant. We are new home buyers and have never gone through this process before so she was perfect for us in that aspect by being knowledgeable and approachable. Like I've said we would recommend her to everyone we know! She was the best! Buying a house is very stressful and we are very grateful we had Deanne during this time.

We would place the experience with Deanne as excellent! The process itself was stressful as a new homebuyers and after talking with others, there were terms we wish we would have known to negotiate better (closing costs, repairs, cosmetic stipends from seller, etc). She was amazing through a very difficult purchase. She managed to keep things on track and was a necessary calming influence on me. She was available and attentive and took the time to answer my questions no matter how trivial. The other agent in my transaction fell short of her responsibilities but Deanne made sure that everything was completed. My purchase was a short sale involving a difficult owner, an attorney, the bank, the other realtor, and me, the nervous buyer.
