Deanna Roth was responsive and accommodating. My wife posted a question early on a Sunday morning and Deanna provide a answer with minutes. Deanna also arranged for us to visit (16) houses in one single Saturday and had meaningful information on each house we visited. This made the buying process effective and efficient for us as we were relocating from outside the Des Moines area.
Deanna is an amazing realtor! As a young first time home buyer she was everything that I needed in a realtor. She understood my needs and preferences immediately and was able to answer any and every question, and trust me, I had many! She answered every question I had regarding everything including what to even look for in a home, how to go about making an offer, the mortgage process, and even helped me look at things that would effect the house in the future (including future sales, maintenance, and any safety concerns about the property). She understood that I wasn't going to purchase anything I didn't absolutely love and that didn't fit my personal lifestyle and budget. When the house search started to take longer than I had anticipated she was able to talk me through it and helped me to not make rash decisions and soon after I found a house that was perfect for me and my dogs! I would 100% recommend this wonderful woman if you are considering purchasing or selling a home and she will be the first person I call when I go to sell this property!
