She understood my needs and preferences immediately and was able to answer any and every question, and trust me, I had many! She answered every question I had regarding everything including what to even look for in a home, how to go about making an offer, the mortgage process, and even helped me look at things that would effect the house in the future (including future sales, maintenance, and any safety concerns about the property). She understood that I wasn't going to purchase anything I didn't absolutely love and that didn't fit my personal lifestyle and budget.
