Excellent availability, regional knowledge
Deanna was excellent in guiding us through our first home purchase. She went out of her way to educate us on market conditions and to show us properties before we were actively in the market to help us see what the housing supply had to offer for our budget. She was great at suggesting alternatives to our initial ideas based on her experience. She acted fast when it was needed to secure our lovely home. She gave us guidance on pricing when it came time to place an offer and her price suggestion was right on. Overall, she was amazing, professional, very friendly and understanding, very responsive and knowledgeable of the region we wished to settle into.
