But with her expertise of staging and attention to detail for photos and showings, as well as a genius idea to offer an incentive to any agent that could get a sale closed in 30 days, she made it happen. Even when the inspection resulted in the need for a new roof, she calmed my fears and led me through getting quotes and forwarding those to the buyer. She was always on top of everything that was happening and assured me everything would work out. We met Mrs. Svoboda on vacation from WA State looking to re-locate to FL. She was pleasant and eager to help us look for an area to live according to our lifestyle. She kept in contact with us as we went back home to WA. She would send us information on different areas, zip codes to help in our search. Mrs. Svoboda was very accommodating during our short visits to Florida and we never felt rushed or pressured, a relationship/friendship was developed.
