The is the second house she has helped us buy and being it was the 2nd there was a lot more things that needed to workout before we could even buy. She helped with the sale of our house so we could buy the new house and advised, like before, everything we should look for and be aware of with buying a new house. she assisted with utilities and how to we go about getting them set up. She worked hand in hand with our mortgage rep who also stated Deana was always on point with documents and being thorough. I will forever refer Deana to anyone in the process of buying or selling! My wife and I have worked with Deana a couple of times now and each time she has surpassed our expectations and always is on the ball with everything! When it came to selling our house (which she had helped us buy 5 years ago) she came and pointed out things that would need to be addressed, helped with the whole process of getting the home ready, helped out our buyer with guidance, and was able to breakdown the steps of the whole selling process.
