He did things for me within and outside the scope of his profession and responsibility, making sure all corrections on the house I was buying were made thoroughly and expediently to keep my purchase on schedule and negotiating with the buyer of the house I was selling fairly in the interest of both parties, while making wise recommendations that aided the sale of the house in the market at a seasonal time of waning several years ago. WOW....where do I begin. We were so happy and excited working with Dean. It was so encouraging watching him work on our behalf. He had all the right answers and questions for us to get the best price on the house we were buying. We felt so much like he was really working for us but the best part is, that he was so honest with everything that he did for us the buyers and also for the sellers.
