He will be straight with you and give you his honest opinion. I did not live in the area when I had my house listed and he went out of his way to help with clearing of snow, a few minor repairs, and even stopping by the house to check things over. Dean was very professional and helped us navigate a sale with an ex pat buyer. He kept us updated and followed up with the lender to bring the deal to a close. He kept a positive attitude and was firm when necessary. It was reassuring to have him at closing to make sure I understood all paperwork and was protected.
