Dean was great to work with. We started with him almost a year before we wanted to sell to get his opinion on upgrades to the house and timing so we could get into our new home when it was ready. The selling process of showing our house went smoothly as did the open house he conducted. Our closing had to happen during the covid shut downs and Dean made sure he was on top of all the changes that were happening daily (if not hourly)! We closed successfully and moved into our new home right on schedule. Would recommend Dean for your house selling/buying needs!

Dean was very thorough as well as very knowledgeable. He was always quick to respond. Which I noted because no matter how often his phone chimed while working with me he gave me his full attention. So knowing that when he did not immediately answer a call, I was impressed with how quickly he did always get back to me. He was spot on with knowing what we could expect.
