Dean was professional, knowledgeable, and right on top of this very difficult situation. He was patient yet persistent and he was understanding of my concerns. He priced the condo with integrity and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an involved, energetic agent. Neither of us had been through anything like this and together we endured and got the deal closed. I would not have wanted to do this with anyone else as I got to know him better. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his work on this and I would not hesitate to hire him again or recommend him to anyone who wants the best for their buy or sale.
