He priced the condo with integrity and I would recommend him to anyone who wants an involved, energetic agent. Neither of us had been through anything like this and together we endured and got the deal closed. I would not have wanted to do this with anyone else as I got to know him better. Dean is fantastic! I knew nothing about the Palm Springs market and met him during one of his open houses. We hit it off immediately. While the house he was doing the open house for was not our style, he immediately started asking all the right questions about what we were hoping to find etc. He blew me away by showing us several houses that weekend since we were in from out of town and wanted to see what was out there. He had such an organized approach to showing the neighborhood we were interested in that we would have never been able to cover that much ground without him.
