I was extremely fortunate to have had DeAna Herndon answer my first inquiry about buying a home in the Tallahassee area! DeAna arranged for our viewing of new homes in this area based on our unique timeline, since we were from out of town. She listened to our preferences and made sure to show us homes that would meet our needs and desires. DeAna communicated with us every step of the way. Additionally, she went above and beyond arranging for our home and septic inspections, septic service, and fireplace cleaning. I felt confident in her ability and knowledge and working with her was an absolute pleasure!!! I plan on having her help us find our son's first home in the very near future.
