I was extremely fortunate to have had DeAna Herndon answer my first inquiry about buying a home in the Tallahassee area! DeAna arranged for our viewing of new homes in this area based on our unique timeline, since we were from out of town. She listened to our preferences and made sure to show us homes that would meet our needs and desires. DeAna communicated with us every step of the way. DeAna has gone above and beyond what a realtor does on a sale. I am out of town and she has been there for me on inspections, the walk thru and confirm many things I would have done if I was there. Heck she is even taking delivery of my furniture next month. She is an expert in her field and will tell everyone sign her up if you are buying or selling property. I will when I sell my condo after my son finishes at FSU. She is currently listing it for temporary rental next year.
