Westergard’s business card reads, “Experience the difference”. My wife & I listed our home with Daymond and Leigh Ann in July. By August 1st we had a buyer. The BIG difference we experienced came after the inspection. The report exposed several issues that required a deeper knowledge & experience that Daymond and Leigh Ann brought to the table. Daymond's skill, experience and professionalism as a realtor is exceptional. It is a tough market out there right now. We bid on several houses that he had sent me from MLS listings to my email. I found some listings that were not even in the MLS search criteria and he promptly investigated them and called me about each one. Finally after several offers that were either never accepted or contingent we found a recently listed house in a nice quiet neighborhood. We viewed it and he suggested offering a $2500 binder with another $2500 at closing. The total offer was $10,000 below the listed price. It worked! The seller accepted the offer and we closed on the house. He and his wife work as a team and you will be very happy with their service. I would rate them with 6 stars if I could for above and beyond service.
