Dawn was a dream to work with. My husband and I were first time home owners and wanting to move into the mountains from Denver so we really wanted someone with mountain expertise to guide us and help us along the way. And enter Dawn; kind, extroverted, knowledgeable and an overall hoot and joy to be around. She was our wise sage through the whole process helping us with all the steps to buying a house and never making us feel overwhelmed or like we didn't know what we were doing. She knows so much about the front range area and all the specifics to buying a mountain home (from septic to well to water usage). And she has a background in law making her a insanely smart and quick realtor. We are leaving the whole process with our dream home and couldn't have done it without Dawn! If you are looking for a realtor to show up and walk with you through this process while teaching you, laughing with you and dreaming with you Dawn is your lady! Could not recommend someone more.
