Fountain Hills/Scottsdale and Arizona are great places to live and work, which is why Dawn Woods chose to call it home. With roots in the Chicago suburbs, Dawn settled in Fountain Hills in 2004. Real estate is a passion for Dawn and with her background in Customer Service and attention to detail, it is easy to see why families called Dawn for help leasing, buying, and selling. Dawn has been the Property Manager at RE/MAX Sun Properties since 2008 and obtained her CRPM (Certified Residential Property Manager) certification in 2021. • She currently manages 60+ properties • Over 18 years of experience • CRPM certification Dawn has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her clients’ needs first. Dawn is also the Operations Manager for the RE/MAX Sun Properties team, which showcases her ability of customer service and the ability to multitask. Up to date on accounting regulations and real estate accounting principles. Dawn has been a part of the RE/MAX Sun Properties (formerly Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate) family for 19 years, but she isn’t solely focused on helping families find their next home. Dawn serves her local Association and loves being a part of other Fountain Hills community events. A passionate bodybuilder, when Dawn isn’t in the office or volunteering, you’ll often find her at the gym, reading, spending time with her 3 dogs and enjoying time with her friends and family.
