I will be forever grateful for all Dawn did for me. I was in an impossible situation in Coos Bay, OR. Reached out to many realtors after being pre approved for a home loan where I could afford a home. I knew nothing about home buying, the area I was looking into, what I was doing. I just knew that my whole life, I wanted a home that was mine. She took me through it. Step by step. Through confusion and a couple meltdowns and setbacks. She was calm, and couldn't wait to meet me in person. It's been almost 2 weeks since I closed on my home. She has been and still is, amazing. A dream granter.
