I would reccomend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Dawn helped my parents buy and sell their house in 2019 and then helped me buy my first home in 2020. Since then Dawn has showed us so many houses until we finally found the perfect house. One thing that I enjoy about Dawn is she doesn't sugar coat things or try to sweet talk you into buying a home. She will help point out the things that will need fixed and help you way the proes and cons of each house. Even when we debated selling our house privately Dawn was always a phone call away and would answer any questions I had. She has become a friend to us over the years!
