Where do I even start? So glad we chose Dawn as our realtor. She made the buying and selling process smooth and less stressful. From always finding the time that work worked for us, being able to answer all our questions, and not making us feel like just a number Dawn can do it all! She was very informative without being pushy and also patient with us. I recommend Dawn to anyone buying and/or selling. It’s great to walk away from what could have been a super stressful process, but instead with a new found friend!
Dawn Did a great job! Selling our house was quick and overall easy . Dawn had a answer for any questions that we had since we had never sold a house through a realtor before. We had a lot of questions, she made you feel at ease . I have other people ask me what realtor that I would choose I would pick Dawn again .
Dawn is the real deal. She was with us through every single step of buying our first home, and I swear, she deserves a medal for how much she did for us. She’s not just professional—she’s personable. Like, actually listens, actually cares, and actually knows what she’s doing (which matters when you’re on the edge of a nervous breakdown over paint colors and closing costs 😂). She answered every question (even the dumb ones I was scared to ask), kept everything organized, and somehow managed to be both calming and hyped-up at the same time. Truly a unicorn. 🦄 We felt supported and cared for. Dawn didn’t just help us buy a house… she made it feel like home before we even got the keys. 10/10. Would recommend. Would hug. As a first time homebuyer I was anxious and confused throughout the whole process, thank goodness for Dawn who simplified the process and reassured me the whole time! Dawn went far beyond what we expected in helping us to sell my mother's house. Since we were selling from a distance, she was so helpful, not only in coordinating showing the home, but helping us find local resources when we needed them.
