Dawn Did a great job! Selling our house was quick and overall easy . Dawn had a answer for any questions that we had since we had never sold a house through a realtor before. We had a lot of questions, she made you feel at ease . I have other people ask me what realtor that I would choose I would pick Dawn again .
Dawn is the real deal. She was with us through every single step of buying our first home, and I swear, she deserves a medal for how much she did for us. She’s not just professional—she’s personable. Like, actually listens, actually cares, and actually knows what she’s doing (which matters when you’re on the edge of a nervous breakdown over paint colors and closing costs 😂). She answered every question (even the dumb ones I was scared to ask), kept everything organized, and somehow managed to be both calming and hyped-up at the same time. Truly a unicorn. 🦄 We felt supported and cared for. Dawn didn’t just help us buy a house… she made it feel like home before we even got the keys. 10/10. Would recommend. Would hug.
